Service Agreement
Website — Service Agreement
TrailMark Digital LLC · Registered in Utah · Provided to the Client named at checkout
By completing checkout for the Website service, the Client agrees to the following terms.
Two ways to get your website
- Leased (low upfront): TrailMark designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a professional, mobile-responsive website on a low-cost monthly lease — a way to get online without a high upfront build cost. You can buy it out to own it any time (see below).
- Custom build (own it upfront): If the Client pays for a custom build upfront, the Client owns the website outright — no lease, no buyout. Optional monthly hosting/maintenance is available separately.
Price & billing (leased)
- Leased monthly at the price shown at checkout.
- Automatically renews each month until cancelled.
- No large upfront build fee on the lease — that's the point.
Term — month-to-month lease
The lease is month-to-month. There is no long-term contract.
Cancellation — 30-day window
The Client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Service continues through the end of the current paid period. On cancellation without a buyout, the leased website is taken offline (the buyout option below stays available).
Own it — buyout option (leased plan)
On the leased plan, the Client may buy out the website at any time to own it outright:
- $500 buyout if purchased within the first 12 months of billing.
- $250 buyout after 12 months of billing.
On buyout, TrailMark transfers the website files to the Client to own and host wherever they choose. (A custom build paid upfront is already owned — no buyout needed.)
Your domain
- If the Client already owns their domain, it is always theirs — they keep it and can take it with them any time, buyout or not.
- If TrailMark registered the domain for the Client, the domain is included in the buyout and transfers to the Client.
Acceptance
Completing checkout constitutes agreement to these terms.
