SEO — Service Agreement

By completing checkout for the SEO service, the Client agrees to the following terms.

The service

TrailMark provides ongoing local search optimization for the Client's business — on-page SEO, content, Google Business Profile optimization, and monthly reporting — to improve visibility in local search. SEO results build over time and are not guaranteed to specific rankings.

Price & billing

• Billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
• Automatically renews each month until cancelled.

Term — month-to-month

This is a month-to-month service. There is no long-term contract.

Cancellation — 30-day window

The Client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Service continues through the end of the current paid period, after which billing stops.

Ownership

• The Client owns all content and assets created for them. Reporting and access are provided on request.

Acceptance

Completing checkout constitutes agreement to these terms.
