Everything monthly is month-to-month with no long-term contract. To cancel a standard monthly service — websites and hosting, Front Desk, Reviews, SEO and add-ons — give us 30 days' written notice and we'll wind it down; no cancellation fee.

Custom-built tools we design, run and maintain for you — AI assistants and custom automation — are built specifically for your business, so they have no free-trial period and run on 60 days' written notice to cancel.

7-day money-back guarantee. Every plan comes with it — if it's not right for you within the first 7 days of your first payment (or of go-live, for custom tools), tell us and we'll refund that first payment. No free trials; just a simple, risk-free week.

Because a month of service is delivered in real time, we don't prorate or refund a month already underway. If something went wrong on our end, tell us — we'll make it right or refund that month.

Website builds (one-time)

Website projects start with a deposit that covers the design work we do up front. Before we've started building, the deposit is fully refundable. Once design work is underway, the deposit is non-refundable because the work is done, but you keep everything produced to that point. The remaining balance is due at launch and is refundable only if we fail to deliver what we agreed to.
