Monthly services (Front Desk, Reviews, add-ons)

Everything monthly is month-to-month with no contract. Your first 30 days are free, so you see it working before you pay anything. Cancel anytime — email us and we'll stop your next charge; there's nothing to unwind and no cancellation fee.

Because a month of service is delivered in real time, we don't prorate or refund a month already underway. If something went wrong on our end, tell us — we'll make it right or refund that month.

Website builds (one-time)

Website projects start with a deposit that covers the design work we do up front. Before we've started building, the deposit is fully refundable. Once design work is underway, the deposit is non-refundable because the work is done, but you keep everything produced to that point. The remaining balance is due at launch and is refundable only if we fail to deliver what we agreed to.
