Reviews — Service Agreement

By completing checkout for the Reviews service, the Client agrees to the following terms.

The service

TrailMark provides review generation and management (Review Sync) — automated review requests sent to the Client's customers, monitoring of new reviews, and help responding — to grow and protect the Client's online reputation.

Price & billing

• Billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
• Automatically renews each month until cancelled.

Term — month-to-month

This is a month-to-month service. There is no long-term contract.

Cancellation — 30-day window

The Client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Service continues through the end of the current paid period, after which billing stops.

Ownership

• The Client owns their review profiles and customer relationships. TrailMark acts on the Client's behalf and never posts fake reviews.

Acceptance

Completing checkout constitutes agreement to these terms.
