Professional Email — Service Agreement

By completing checkout for the Professional Email service, the Client agrees to the following terms.

The service

TrailMark sets up and fully manages a professional Microsoft 365 email account on the Client's own domain — including the mailbox, licensing, hosting, initial setup, migration of existing email, and ongoing management and support. The Client does not need to manage any of it.

Price & billing

• $25 per mailbox, per month.
• Billed monthly and automatically renews each month until cancelled.
• Any optional domain registration (if the Client chooses a new domain) is passed through at cost and billed separately.

Term — month-to-month

This is a month-to-month service. There is no long-term contract.

Cancellation — 30-day window

The Client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Service continues through the end of the current paid period, after which billing stops. On cancellation, TrailMark will hand the Client full control of their mailbox and data.

Ownership & privacy

• The Client owns their domain, their mailbox, and all email data.
• TrailMark manages the account as administrator to provide the service, but does not read or access the contents of the Client's mailbox. Administrative actions are logged by Microsoft.
• On request or cancellation, ownership and admin control transfer fully to the Client.

Acceptance

Completing checkout constitutes agreement to these terms.
