AI Front Desk — Service Agreement

By completing checkout for the AI Front Desk service, the Client agrees to the following terms.

The service

TrailMark provides an AI-powered front desk for the Client's business — an AI phone assistant that answers calls, books appointments, answers common questions, and recovers missed calls with automatic text-back — so the Client never misses a lead. Usage over the plan's included minutes is billed at the per-minute rate shown at checkout.

Price & billing

• Billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
• Automatically renews each month until cancelled.
• Minutes over the plan's included amount are billed at the per-minute rate shown at checkout.

Term — month-to-month

This is a month-to-month service. There is no long-term contract.

Cancellation — 30-day window

The Client may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Service continues through the end of the current paid period, after which billing stops.

Ownership

• The Client owns their phone number, call data, and customer relationships. Number and data transfer on cancellation.

Acceptance

Completing checkout constitutes agreement to these terms.
